Our Pastors

Greg and Lisa Rodermond have faithfully served as senior pastors of Crossroads Community Church for 25 years. From the very beginning of their ministry, they carried a deep conviction that God had called them to reach a rising generation, to make disciples of Jesus, and to contend for revival in America.

Over the past 40 years, they have poured their lives into youth, children’s, and young adult ministries, and now into shepherding the church as senior pastors. Their passion is to preach the Word of God with clarity and conviction, to nurture a healthy and mature local church, and to lead with genuine love for people.

Above all, Greg and Lisa love serving people. Their greatest joy is seeing lives transformed by Jesus and watching God’s kingdom advance in their community and beyond.
